Disliked: There was no room cleaning service during our day. The only restaurant on site was closed.. understaffed and unable to deliver bags to our room

Hotel located in a vibey...

Liked: We arrived late and check-in was smooth. Room was as expected with a nice view over Miami. No food options at the hotel but we found good pizza place within a 2 minute walk and saw many other restaurants all within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. Small kitchenette in room was nice and had crockery and cutlery. They allowed us to check out 1 hour after the stipulated time but not without repeatedly asking.
Disliked: This isn't only a hotel and looks like they have apartments and long stay too. This gives the place a different feel as not all guests are short term and some are obviously longer term residents. Many packages get delivered here.Lifts are battered but work. Bathrooms need to be updated. In-shower bath which is not my best, but the pressure was good.
