Very stressful check-in
Liked: View over Bilbao
Disliked: No staff so difficult and stressful check-in. Would like staff at reception and some breakfast facilities

Liked: LocationParkingCleanAmazing views over bilbao
Disliked: I wasn’t informed until after booking that it is a Spanish only receptionless booking in via outside buzzer. I recommend not booking this hostel if you are not fluent in Spanish otherwise you will not gain entry. The electricity was off including air con from 4am to 5.30 pm next door although not the fault of the hostel but I was told this has happened before. The guy there stayed all day trying to sort the problem out. There is a vending machine but only accepts euros. Hostel is very isolated and either bus taxi or car needed to get into town.

Overall, an okay stay, but...
Liked: We chose this hotel mainly because it had free parking and was about 2.5 km from the city center. The check-in was all automatic—no staff at the reception—but they did help us over the phone, which worked fine.
Disliked: The room, though, wasn’t what we expected. The bed was comfortable, but there was no proper ventilation. After a shower, the room stayed damp for hours. Also, the curtains didn’t block out the outside light at all, and since the parking lot was brightly lit at night, the room felt like daytime even with the lights off.

Disliked: Cant think of any if i am honest , i am 6ft 3 so i hit my head a few times coming up the stairs but not the end of the world
