Liked: The hotel is very nice, and beautiful decor. It reminded me of hotels I visited in England in the past.

Liked: Very good looking building. Comfortable bed. Clean rooms.
Disliked: The WiFi was not working during our stay. Unfortunately the staff did not tell us about this at the check in. We really needed the internet for work related reason. After asking the staff about it they told us that they already knew about this issue and would fix it in the future. They didn't offer us any alternative. For this price we were expecting at least some basic connection.

Liked: Great Building. Good room and bathroom. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. No problem with parking on the Street. Water in bottles in the room.
Disliked: Nothing to complain.

Liked: Delightful, characteristic Dresden hotel away from the noise and crowds of the tourist areas, a short tram ride from the old restored city centre and within reach of the attractive outer zones along the River Elbe and Neustadt. Friendly , helpful, welcoming staff. An excellent hotel to stay at for a break in Dresden.

Liked: I have stayed in this hotel on several occasion and have always been welcomed by great staff, there is a good selection for breakfast and the rooms are cleaned to a good standard, there is easy tram access into the town
Disliked: I would prefer a double bed over the single I was given, but no real complaints from my stay there
