Nice hotel. Right next to...

Liked: Clean and quiet and thank goodness the aircon worked (it was 35 degrees C during our stay). Cold water fountain outside the room was also good.
Disliked: Nothing.

Was fine stay, but unfortunately...

Liked: Well certain to access town etc.
Disliked: Car park entrance was too tight, my daughter car got damaged. And parking bays all too tight. I should have remembered all French have small tiny cars.

Money well spent, walkable to...

Liked: Onsite secure private parking was 12 euro per day. Entrance good for small compact cars, difficult for larger one.The area appears residential and is pretty quiet in evening. It right on the tram line so easy to access the city center for commuter. Cant beat the price paid for the location that is walkable to the center, a few kilometers at most.Did not take the breakfast option but requested to pay for a coffee but receptionist was kind to not charge a fee.Closeby the Hotel:Fabulous french bakery Atelier des Saveurs (boulangerie) within walking distance. Had a nice modern french - suprise lunch menu at Saisons - Cave à Manger, approximate 40-50 euro per person depending on wine /beer selection.Irish pub also next to hotel for those interesting in a convenient brew.Only reason it does not have a 10 stars ratings is limited option for food and shops around hotel location.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike for our budgeted option. We took a genius deal for our booking.
