Old fashion hotel with parking

Liked: Location, staff was nice, parking is available (extra charge)
Disliked: Old building, no elevator, rooms with the windows on the street are noisy, need renovation

Liked: Liked the size of the room and it was comfortable for 4. Breakfast was also ok. Good air conditioning. Parking at the back of the hotel, although there was an extra charge of 15 EUROS. Outside ZTL.
Disliked: The room smelt like a sewer. The room was on the top floor. The first two sets of stairs were fine but the last set of stairs made you out of breath. There was a cigarette but on the windowsill in the bathroom despite it being a non smoking room and the electrics on one of the air con/heating units was exposed and duct taped. View out of the window was the main road with road works.

Liked: I love the location, walking distance to Piazza del Michelangelo and City Center also close to Campo de Marte train station. Very quiet at night was able to sleep, breakfast is a basic continental style. Staff is lovely and helpful.

Liked: Breakfast was perfect, stuf was kındly.
Disliked: There were mosquitos.
