Rubbish, rude staff

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: Staff rude when checking in, told I would get holding deposit back and haven’t, when checking out the person at the desk didn’t have a clue and uttered some complete rubbish, felt very rushed. Won’t be returning to this property, bed shits weren’t comfortable and shower head was filthy and broken. Overall a poor stay and wouldn’t recommend

Practical in a great location

Liked: Location is absolutely great - metro just round the corner, easy to get anywhere
Disliked: Rooms a bit small; breakfast limited; it came up with "electric car charging", but the closest car park was miles away, it was full and I had to spend ages finding somewhere. not unexpected for the location, but I did search with a filter for parking and ev charging....
