Superb

Liked: Front street, window opens, extra pillows!
Disliked: Not sure how the soap dispensers function. Had to unplug desk light to get plug adapter to fit.

Comfortable stay in good location...

Liked: Welcoming and friendly staff. Good location, very near main train station. Good WiFi.
Disliked: Dated

Horrible check in experience, good...

Liked: It was cheap, but felt cheap. Location was convenient for trains.
Disliked: The check in experience was horrible. I got there around 10:30 which becomes self checkin. Instead of giving me a code I had to use the call box to talk to someone. The volume on the call box was so low I couldn't hear him over the ambient noise, and there weren't even cars on the road. Then when I get int he machine made a key, but kept telling me it failed.Luckily someone walked in that had the same issue the night before and said the key probably works but just says it failed. I went to the room that was given to me by the guy on the intercom and the key didn't work. Tried to make a new key and it couldn't find my booking. Spent another 10 min on the intercom with the guy. Saw a booking message that said I was in another room and went to that room and it works.Overall spent 30 min trying to check in without a person there. The towels were check and the room was old.

Disappointing

Liked: Location near trams and train station.Close to the Old Town and major sites plus bars and restaunts.
Disliked: Small room and small bed even for a single. Headboard was some kind of radio system.Limited places to hang clothes.Breakfast was in a cafe up the road with no choice if you didn't like scrambled egg.
