Liked: Staff is very kind and helpful and overall cleanliness is good!
Disliked: During warm days the rooms on top floor are too hot.It is very necessary to have air conditioning in these rooms.

Nice family hotel run by...

Liked: Nice small hotel, very good for a short business stay. And I felt like I am part of the family. That's something which is really rare in the modern world. Because the host Mario really care about his guests. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is delicious, a lot of things to try, Leverkusen is a very quiet city, and in reality very very close to Cologne. I plan to come back! Thank you Mario, thank you hosts of Arcade!
