Disliked: The rooms look older than in the pictures. Some of the staff at the reception weren’t very friendly.

Liked: The location was great, but the traffic outside was really loud. Maybe it would be a great idea to change the windows?! The staff was kind and helpful. The beds were way too hard.

Disliked: Trams outside the hotel are really loud and run all night. Bring earplugs.
