Liked: The building has charm, the rooms are spacious, not too far from pools and garden restaurant. All appliances work well, AC is modern and efficient. Great pool temperature, many beautiful flowers. Restaurant is OK, fresh food. Staff is very good.
Disliked: I missed a proper reading light. Families let their kids jump and dive, play ball and take over one pool completely. Crossing the street in front of the Hotel is unsafe and stressful. Menu has very few vegetarian options.

Liked: We loved the gardens and the second pool because the water was at a good temperature even though we went during the rainy season.
Disliked: The staff didn't go to the pool to ask if we needed anything, we had to go look for them.
