Liked: I loved the bed. Very comfortable! I highly appreciated the comfort since I was on the end of vacation and felt rough. Also, this motel does have an elevator. The female worker in the evening was very pleasant and helpful. The female worker in the morning was also very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: The TV didn't work at all, nor did the wifi. The male worker in the night was beyond rude when asked about this. Said there was no one to fix the TV and that the "wifi worked fine" when my husband showed him that he was connected to the wifi and that it literally didn't work at all he gave him a different sign in option, that also didn't work.
