Liked: Location is AMAZING right on the edge of the Oosterpark. The interior of the hotel is gorgeous and very different to anywhere I've stayed before. Bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the mezzanine style of the room but the stairs are super narrow so if you have any mobility issues I wouldn't recommend.
Disliked: The cleaning of the room left a lot to be desired especially as we were staying for a couple of days. We asked for a few specific things to be done e.g. changing bins when it wasn't done automatically but the room was also super dusty and wasn't vacuumed during the daily cleaning for some reason. The towels were very thin and some had holes in them. I'm not sure if this is the case for the other rooms but ours was very near to the service entrance where deliveries came in etc so it was extremely loud at times.

Unbelievably bad for this price

Liked: The only nice thing about this hotel is it’s location — the hotel is situated in a park area which is very nice, it is not in the center, but in my opinion, it is good because it is calm and green, and the trams are very close to go to the touristic site. The breakfast is also not bad., but this is it
Disliked: The hotel is badly maintainedThe design and architecture is very nice, but it is unbelievably dirty, my room was so dusty and smelly I couldn’t believe my eyesThere was so much dirt and hair and all the rubbish under my bed. I was confused. It was also bad smelling in the bathtub and the bedding was also smelling bad, as if it was greasyThe towels are just in an extremely bad condition. It has holes in it!!! I didn’t have any hairdryer in my room and my phone didn’t work , I had to go down to the reception to talk about it, but no one ever came to fix the phone. Also, there is no water not even one bottle in the room, no dental kit, actually absolutely zero utilities.I’m completely shocked that a hotel at this price can look like this
