Exceptional

Liked: Very Clean and quiet. I would absolutely recommend, especially if you have any event to attend at the O2 Arena. The personnel is very welcoming. There is a very convenient inside parking, and backside patio. Quite a deal on pricing too!
Disliked: The TV screen was strangely small and did not fit in the theme of such a beautiful room. I left a word with the reception about it, hopefully it will be addressed soon enough.

Liked: Clean, nice facilities, good location close to o2 arena. There was even a shared kitchen with microwave which is not very common in hotels.
Disliked: There is no AC so in the summer it was really hot in the room

Liked: Close to the O2 Arena, not too far from Main Train Station
Disliked: The lady at the reception seemed to be upset that the customers kept coming for check-in. Maybe it doesn’t happen regularly or she was new on the job and nobody told her this was customer facing job.
