Very good

Liked: The minibar was excellent. Good location. Not far away from city center, but not in a crowded center.
Disliked: The elevator stop between floors.

Generally we liked it.

Liked: The room was really clean but there isn’t an air conditioner and we were really puzzled. Anyway it was my fault as I overlooked it when was reading the description of the hotel. There is a fan but the weather was scorching at the weekend and it was too hot in the room:(
Disliked: It was good that there is a car parking garage and you are sure that the car is safe.

Liked: Very Clean and quiet. I would absolutely recommend, especially if you have any event to attend at the O2 Arena. The personnel is very welcoming. There is a very convenient inside parking, and backside patio. Quite a deal on pricing too!
Disliked: The TV screen was strangely small and did not fit in the theme of such a beautiful room. I left a word with the reception about it, hopefully it will be addressed soon enough.

Very good

Liked: Clean, nice facilities, good location close to o2 arena. There was even a shared kitchen with microwave which is not very common in hotels.
Disliked: There is no AC so in the summer it was really hot in the room
