Good hotel

Liked: I liked the area of hotel, it's close to the tram and O2 arena. Room was clean.
Disliked: No breakfast, bad smell at the entrance, it was very hot in the room.

Great clean hotel, close to...

Liked: Easy location to access by public transport. The staff at the front desk were very attentive as they spoke English and that made things very easy. Our room was ready at the time of arrival and the room was very clean and it even had complimentary tea and coffee, towels too!
Disliked: We understand the hotel is in an old building, but having a but more lighting around the reception area would make it more appealing, also there was a strong smell (toilet?). Fortunately the floors where the rooms are located had no smell at all, and were very clean indeed.
