A Card Issue.

Disliked: I have a complaint about hotel. I stayed there 10 - 11 July. The room that was i'm staying (53) very hot and doesnt have any access to fresh air. Only AC but it wasn't working very properly. After i checked out left my room for walking around i tried to lock my room 3 times. After it's locked i thought its okay. At 10pm i tried to get to my room my card isn't worked to my room. I tried to contact via WhatsApp but it didn't work and i walked to another hotel to get my secondary card. It was 600meters walk but at front door it says 500. When i get there the employee at front desk was %100 sure it's working. And gave a phone number to call via WhatsApp. I get there and now second card wasn't even opening front door. And the phone number that he gave wasn't working. I asked to random stranger to call number and he said i need to walk to get third card. I walked and turns out it's work line so it doesnt have WhatsApp. I took employee's personal number after an argumant with him just to notify for third card was working or not. Third card worked and i got to my room. At morning i tried to get shower but it was BOILING HOT. There is no cold water and i got Degree 1 skin burn. And it didn't get well at rest of my trip. And last but not least WiFi password was written wrong. It was with "k" not with "c". Ps: I felt like i was sleeping on a stone. It was that much uncomfortable.

A great budget room.

Liked: Good price, good location, comfortable bed
Disliked: Dirty carpet in bedroom and some black mold in bathroom.

Exceptional

Ideal for a short city...

Liked: Perfect location for city centre sights, restaurants and shops, but still quiet at night.
Disliked: Air conditioning would've been nice, but we had unushot weather

Superb

Liked: Good location right next to the subway, staff upon checkin were very accomodating. Due to last minute travel plans I had to pay for 2 nights while I only made it there on time for 1 night - upon checkin staff “upgraded” my room to have a bigger bathroom to compensate for this loss. While this was a nice gesture the room was still very small, perfect for what I needed, but I was curious as if I got upgraded, how much smaller could the bathroom in the room I originally booked really be?!

Liked: Very great location close to almost everything.Staff were very friendly they gave me recommendations for places to visiteGood value of money/quality. I wasn't expecting much for the price that I paid but for a 2/3 days max stay it's very convenient.The breakfast was good!
Disliked: The TV in my room wasn't working and was not a smart TV.You can literally hear if someone is talking outside or the room next to you :/The window doesn't open all along but it's the german architecture and not really the hotel's fault.
