Loved it! A charming hotel...

Liked: Very clean and welcoming. I loved the decor. It had a charming, historical feel. Located in the heart of downtown, it's surrounded by great shops, yet surprisingly quiet.
Disliked: The breakfast could be improved. It was quite simple. Also, my room didn’t have a fridge (though I believe that was mentioned in the listing). Maybe other rooms do

Disliked: The parking has the potential to be confusing, listen carefully when checking in!

Historical stay

Liked: This hotel was awesome,extremely quiet, and peaceful.There are so many great places to shop and eat within a few steps outside the front door. The room was very comfortable. It is older but has everything you need. I will be back for sure!

Location, location, location

Liked: I enjoy staying there even with its quirky issues. Just about everything is walkable, and I enjoy the environment. I don't mind having to park my car on a side street, because there's no parking in the square after 2 am. The biggest issue for us was the portable heater. It would wake us up every time it would turn on. Also, if you want a warm to hot shower in the morning. You better take it early, or you’ll be taking a sort of kind of luke warm shower. As for the free breakfast, don't waste your time. It's pretty pathetic and not worth it. Sounds like I wouldn't stay there again, but you'd be wrong. The thing I like when I travel is not having to climb in the car once I reach my destination. The location is worth dealing with these minor issues to me.
