Helpful staff, terrible room.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the room was moldy, dingy, uncomfortable without a working TV and very few outlets.

Liked: Friendly staff, clean, great location in Tonalá. Beds are nice.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the AC was not working in my room!

Horrible stay - many problems

Liked: Close to shopping, onsite secure parking, friendly staff
Disliked: no water in room (it was shut off for the morning we needed to shower and use bathroom. TV no signals, cockroaches in room, noisy could hear people through the door and walls, not enough outlets, no onsite breakfast, difficult to find door to parking.
