Very good experience

Liked: Our overall experience was very good. Our room with kitchenette was very satisfying with the size, the bathroom quality and bed comfort. The breakfast was also very decent and the staff was very helpful.
Disliked: The internet was fine but a bit weak in the spots other than the couch. And there are only the receptionist ladies as staff and the receptionist who helped us a lot on our check-in had to carry the unnecessary bed by herself.

Liked: The location was very good. A quiet street but near the square . The staff were welcoming and helpful.The hotel was very clean and there was good service with rooms cleaned and towels changed daily.Tea and coffee facilities in the room .Comfortable beds. Was able to book car parking space.
Disliked: The room was very small even though it was booked as superior. No room to move around and the wardrobe space difficult to access.There was no bar as such although could get a drink from reception. At night it was dark walking back which may be difficult for some people coming back at night. . Car park was tight for getting in and out again might be awkward for some drivers.

Excellent location and fabulous room

Liked: Our room was lovely, small balcony with a view of the belfry tower. Bed was extremely comfortable, excellent A/C, great location just a few minutes walk from the market square. Highly highly recommend.
Disliked: Nothing!
