Disliked: Staff were not always friendly , and the rooms very expensive , also not offering any entertainment at all , quite boring

Nice hotel but very disappointed...

Liked: Lovely pool and large room
Disliked: Very rude staff, food expensive and very average, room large but no long mirror or kettle and absolutely no atmosphere in the whole place! Very disappointed ☹️

Liked: Location, value for money, drinks cheap, comfy bed, spacious room
Disliked: Poor food choice, limited to one towel per day at the pool, staff ok but not over friendly.

Not a 5* hotel

Liked: Venue is beautiful and rooms are big
Disliked: The gym was dirty and small and there was no water, tea or coffee, iron, kettle, dressing gown or slippers provided in the room which is usual for a 5* hotel. I was told I had to pay for drinking water and not one bottle was provided upon arrival. I was disappointed with this service considering how much I paid for the room.

Disliked: No atmosphere. Breakfast very poor offering Staff always setting up lunch rather than serve. Rom smelled of stale smoke
