Liked: We stayed in the superior room which was really comfortable, lots of space and it has a big balcony and kitchenette. The location is really great if you have the welcome pass for unlimited travel (welcome pass website) because you can get anywhere in the city from the station around the corner and the trams. The area is quite trendy and feels a little like Camden in London, lots of restaurants and little clothes shops, it doesn't feel super touristy.
Disliked: We would have had the breakfast if it was a bit cheaper because it looked good.

Liked: It was very cold on the room despite turning the radiator on and the big light was not working. The staff was very kind and helpful and the location was great.

Liked: The mattresses in the bed were terrible. The beds were almost impossible to sleep on.

Liked: Reception staff are incredibly friendly. For a single person for a single night, the room was definitely big. The tsar theme was actually nice.
