Needs a facelift to make...

Liked: Great cafe next door. Easy a check-in. Rooms were a good size.
Disliked: The entrance to the hotel and rooms was through a very uninviting entrance passage that looked old and dirty. The facility is showing its age.

Disliked: Needs an upgrade. Toilet tank keeps refilling with water so it was very noisy all night. Kitchenwares Are old. Did not use them because they looked dirty.

Pleasant, but not exceptional.

Liked: My room was very quiet and it had a balcony, which was pleasant to sit on at the end of the day.
Disliked: Perhaps because I was staying for a week, the housekeeping staff was not very good about cleaning the room every day.

Highly recommended

Liked: Out of the city centre in a very vibrant part of the city. very close to a train line but you don’t hear the trains. Lots of of food options and the Prater Biergarten. Excellent breakfasts selections
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: We stayed in the superior room which was really comfortable, lots of space and it has a big balcony and kitchenette. The location is really great if you have the welcome pass for unlimited travel (welcome pass website) because you can get anywhere in the city from the station around the corner and the trams. The area is quite trendy and feels a little like Camden in London, lots of restaurants and little clothes shops, it doesn't feel super touristy.
Disliked: We would have had the breakfast if it was a bit cheaper because it looked good.
