Liked: Location was amazing The room was very retro in a beautiful old building Bed was very comfortable
Disliked: Would have liked more pillows for the bed Some areas of the apartment were dusty Toilet needed a good clean

Liked: Access to pool and gym, also close to everything in the city

Disappointing

Liked: The host was very friendly. The rooftop pool is great, as is the location.
Disliked: I thought I was booking directly with the hotel and wasn’t told explicitly that it was a private booking so it led to confusion. The room was very tired in decor and not particularly clean (sticky floors and toilet unclean). I also found out booking with the actual hotel was cheaper so I felt a bit misled.

A rip off

Liked: This was duplicitous marketing. The property was listed as The Heritage Hotel on your site and it wasn’t, it was an apartment in a block next to the hotel. Very upset with the “bait and switch”, all the marketing and my booking confirmation listed this as the Heritage Hotel.
Disliked: That it wasn’t the property I was lead to believe I had booked.
