Hotel Apadana Frankfurt

Disappointing

Liked: Location was good. Shower good.
Disliked: Very very very noisy. Could hear everything was going on at the front desk and even the sounds of people snoring at the next room were audible. Very tiny and spartan room. Lacked hand towels. etc

Great short stay place for...

Liked: Stayed here to go to an event in the Messe Hall. Location was fine, only about 20-30 minutes by foot!The room was spacious enough and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: I missed some more storage space in the bathroom. There was only the little bit woth the sink, but no extra ledge/cabinet. Also wished the pillow was a little firmer, by the time I woke up it was completely flat.

Liked: there was nothing to like besides having a dirty bed and free towels.
Disliked: We booked 3 months in advance just for the hotel to message us the day of check in that they overbooked our room. They were unresponsive and very difficult to deal with. Not something you want after 26 hours of traveling. They sent us to another hotel that was in a sketchy area, my boyfriend got robbed when it was still light out. overall couldn’t complain any more about the hospitality and responsibility of this hotel.

Liked: Fantastic smiley staff, super cosy and nicely laid out room, beautiful area and it was a joy to stay in.
Disliked: Noise. You can hear when anyone does anything on the same floor, makes you feel like you have to walk on eggshells.
