Great location, amazing staff and...

Liked: Great location, amazing staff and it's haunted! Okay, we didn't experience anything but it was a bit creepy in the hallways. Parking is free with a players card and in/outs are easy peasy. The location could not be any better, its a great place!
Disliked: Our A/C went out and it was terribly muggy. We notified the front desk and they fixed it right away! They are on it!

Liked: I like that I had points on my players card even though I hadn't been to Hotel Apache since last March. I was able to get discounts on my food in their cafe.
Disliked: The little convenience store inside the hotel. The older lady working there wasn't very nice to me.
