Liked: The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, a lot of options. There were complimentary snacks in the room which was a nice surprise. The location was perfect as we needed to be near Milano Centrale station.
Disliked: Tea making facilities in the room and a softer bed.

Liked: Location and breakfast was perfect
Disliked: Smart Tv didn’t work and staying time they didn’t solve that problem. Also, the sheets are covered with such a quilt that only the inside of the quilt remains when sleeping. No duvet cover is used, only the sheets are left under and on top of the quilt. I did not find this hygienic at all.
