Liked: Great staff and nice help throughout.
Disliked: Smell of the toilet was a bit unbearable.

Liked: The hotel is in a very good location for a weekend-trip, the bed was comfortable and the room just right for me as a solo traveller. and I want to mention that the staff was really kind and helpful!

Exceptional

Felt unsafe and extremely disappointed

Disliked: Property is down an alley way, stairs were extremely narrow and steep (impossible to get our bags up) with no lift, was extremely hot with no aircon like a boiler room, sheets looked and felt dirty, bathroom smelt of mould and shower would’ve sprayed onto the toilet if turned on, room and hallway was tiny and extremely difficult to move through with bags, couldn’t open our door so had to get assistance (did it for us but didn’t show us how), tried to open a window to get some airflow but could see into other peoples rooms immediately and so could they. As soon as we arrived we booked alternate accommodation due to the poor condition of this property, would not recommend.

Liked: Location was nice, good restaurants in the area and accessible by public transport. The people working there were very friendly. Check in and check out processes went smoothly.
Disliked: It was extremely, uncomfortably warm, and while the current heatwave of course is not the fault of the hotel, it also really isn't ventilated enough to have guests for this hot weather. We also were placed on the fifth floor with no lifts, and that climb also didn't mix well with the heat.Probably during non summer times it will be a better experience, but unfortunately our evaluation will of course reflect the circumstances we traveled in, and overall it left us feeling a bit disappointed.
