Liked: Staff helped with learning the Metro system
Disliked: Lugging up and down my travel bag 4 floors.

Passable

Liked: Location was nice, good restaurants in the area and accessible by public transport. The people working there were very friendly. Check in and check out processes went smoothly.
Disliked: It was extremely, uncomfortably warm, and while the current heatwave of course is not the fault of the hotel, it also really isn't ventilated enough to have guests for this hot weather. We also were placed on the fifth floor with no lifts, and that climb also didn't mix well with the heat.Probably during non summer times it will be a better experience, but unfortunately our evaluation will of course reflect the circumstances we traveled in, and overall it left us feeling a bit disappointed.

Liked: Friendly staff, welcoming and approachable. Good location, close to tube station and walking distance (20 minutes) to Gare de Lyon.
Disliked: Bed lining was washed but still showed some stains. Overall it was not a problem, something that can be improved for a better experience.

Comfortable hotel, friendly staff, great...

Liked: Location was excellent; just a few minutes away from Voltaire metro station, with easy access to central Paris and all the tourist attractions. The immediate neighbourhood has plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was basic but comfortable and I slept well. Overall I had a really great stay and would visit again! Merci beaucoup!
Disliked: I arrived in Paris in the middle of a heatwave, and found the room quite hot, both during the day and night, as there's no A/C. I brought my own handheld air fan with me so managed ok, but maybe it would be worthwhile getting fans for the rooms?

Liked: it's ok for one or two nights. The staff is really friendly, the room is fine for a night's rest
