Liked: The hotel was clean and the location is perfect
Disliked: The staff is not nice, we ordered a room for 3 we had a room with 2 beds and 1 broken thing on which it was very difficult to sleep on. A broken desk was laying in the room and on a random morning, someone woke us up by entering in the room without knocking to get rid of the desk. He apologized not knowing we were there and came back in the afternoon to get the broken desk.

Disliked: Terrible !!!!!I came to hotel due the problems on the rails one and half hour later. I contacted hotel to inform them about it but - nobody answered. When I arrived - hotel was already locked! I called, I was slashing on the door ( btw no ring at the door)at least half an hour but - no reaction. Entrance door was blocked to open by some wooden pole.. I saw the light at reception but your receptionist was very probably already deep slept.Two and half hour I spent at the street searching new hotel. Fortunately I found it but I paid double price.Unprofessional, terrible, ignorant !! Total amateurs !!!This hotel and personal DOES NOT deserve even one star!!!Never book this hotel again!

Liked: Well located and the staff is very nice.
Disliked: Our window wasn’t closing, the shower head was leaking all night and we couldn’t turn off the heater.

Disliked: Rude, inhumane staff forgetting they are in a rest-providing business; Lack of safety and rest, Finding out room key got denied, was made cash-only demands for key release while there was no open ATM nearby for the cash demand, being denied re-entering my room at 3am after returning exhausted from a party, not being allowed to sleep after the psychological trauma of being denied accommodation, not being allowed quite enjoyment of my room, not being allowed to collect my belongings, being told my room would be inspected at 6am, loud and smelly rooms, homophobic judgement, obstructive receipt making, being denied a receipt, being denied a refund for an stay that I wasn't feeling comfortable or safe continuing; being treated without dignity or understanding.
