Liked: Good location, the room felt secure, quiet at night, very helpful staff
Disliked: Room very small, bed comfy but sheets etc kept sliding off the mattress

Liked: The location is excellent with central station right around the corner. The breakfast is nice with a good variety for all. The room and facilities were clean and well kept.
Disliked: It would be nice to have AC & be able to turn the bath tile warmer off. There is no vent in the bathroom & with the warm tiles, it turns into a sauna. We could do without the AC since it was April but the garbage cans under us were very popular so keeping the window open meant hearing the banging of the cans- even @ midnight.

Liked: Nothing about the hotel is likeable! Apart from location
Disliked: Trust worthy employees is a must. Someone went into my room in my absence as the state of the room were different to how I left it. Only person at the reception has access to the rooms but denied that he entered and no cameras at the property. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel never

Wonderful!

Liked: Great place, exactly as advertised. Comfortable and clean, lovely amenities and great location.
Disliked: The door lock function was a bit temperamental and because of that you could hear people slamming their doors in the night to try and get them to shut properly. Mattress topper kept slipping off the bed and the bed was very creaky.

Nice hotel in a good...

Liked: Good location next to the train station and Tivoli Gardens. 20 min walk to centre of Copenhagen.
Disliked: Some noise from other rooms.
