Clean property with very friendly...

Liked: Property staff were very helpful and polite. Complimentary wine hour onsite and complimentary uber ride to certain area destinations.
Disliked: When I booked I thought being so close to the freeway the property would have sound proof glass, but that is not the case. The freeway is very loud even in the middle of the night. Also the valet parking is $40 per night with in/out privileges.

Too noisy to sleep

Liked: Spacious room, good wifi, very friendly staff, onsite gym, great breakfast
Disliked: Very noisy. Located right next to the freeway, it's too noisy at night to sleep comfortably. Balcony doors don't open. They make you sign that you accept the locked balcony doors (and a hidden breakfast fee). Valet parking is expensive and was very congested when we arrived. The sliding doors in the bathroom don't provide the privacy I'd expect. Especially the one in our room that didn't close all the way. Location is quite far from what we were seeing (Hollywood, Santa Monica, and Venice). Overall not worth the price.

Liked: Staff were fantastic and overall the hotel was great . The location was super for us , not far from Santa Monica , West Hollywood & B Hills close enough to Malibu
Disliked: However the close proximity to the Freeway we thought would be handy made for an unexpectedly high volume of noise and the windows didn’t seem to block much of this out .
