Liked: Nicely decorated interior & location.
Disliked: I had a very bad experience with checking in. I arrived after 8pm (the staff was aware of that in advance) and the pass code to get my room key and enter the hotel did not work.I called the number which I found on the main entrance but the person who picked up the phone was acting unprofessionally claiming that we don’t have a reservation and then saying that she couldn’t understand me due to her poor English.In summary, they gave us the wrong pass code and that triggered the following unpleasant & utterly stressful actions.

Liked: Good location, the tramway stop is right in front of the door and the ride to the city center takes only 15mins.The room was very clean and in excellent condition (pictures are accurate).Good service, and good value for money, everything was great.We did not have the breakfast, so cannot comment on it.

Disliked: It becomes extremely hot inside the rooms and the hotel may think of at least providing some fans.
