Amazing staff and great central location.

Liked: Tha location was great. The room was amazing and the desk clerks and valets were amazing and helpful.
Disliked: Not bad, jut a little inconvenient. Only 1 working elevator.

Exceptional

Disliked: There was a light underneath one of the bedside tables that we couldn't figure out how to turn off, so it stayed on all night while we were trying to sleep. If there was a way to turn it off, the control could have been more obvious to find.
