Disliked: The location is not that pleasant and sometimes it wasn’t safe

Liked: Good location, breakfast, overall satisfied. Very serviceminded staff on the day of check in that checked us in early. Didn't catch his name, but he was great.
Disliked: The bathroom ventilation was terrible high and it should be looked on. Until then I recommended anybody that get room 20 to ask for another room. Also there should be outleds closer to the bed

Very unpleasant and rude

Disliked: Hello, We actually travelled from far away and also had a big delay in flight which made us miss one night in Munich. I informed the hotel that my guest will be delay. The receptionist said it was no problem. I didn't also request a refund because i understand that isn't possible. When we reached the receptionist was very rude. Didn't even greet us and said 'check in is at 2' i explained him the situation and took like 30 mins to clear things out. I also ask him that we lost one night is it possible that we get a deal that my guests get breakfast in exchange. He replied one day and one person only. Very very unpleasant atmosphere. 0% guest friendly

Disliked: The surrounding area did not feel safe at night.Clean enough, but stained carpet, the flushing mechanism of the toilet was broken and couldn’t be fixed during the stay, shower also leaked.Basic hotel.
