Superb

This is a great place...

Liked: staff, room and breakfast was amazing! very friendly and clean. I had a problem with the AC in one of my rooms and they quickly gave me another upgraded room!
Disliked: There was a sewer smell in the second floor hallway, not sure if theres a way to fix it but the closer the rooms are to the laundry room the heavier it got.

Close to the airport +...

Liked: Close to the airport + a free shuttle + restaurant… bravo

Good location at the Guadalajara...

Liked: This was the second time at stayed at the hotel. The first time it was "so-so", but this time it was great.The room was equally spacious, but this time it looked like a suite and not just like a big room!So they did make some improvements in the meantime! Last time I wrote "a hotel in the making"They really upped their game! Staff was great like last time! Breakfast included!Transfer to the airport went smoothly!It is fairly close to the airport, takes only 10 minutes!
Disliked: The restaurant still needs some improvement, but it was better than last time.They offered more fruit and "healthy" options.

Liked: The room smell like pesticide. The pillows were uncomfortable, the TV remote was broken, the parking it's not very safe.

Passable

Liked: The location was great, despite the construction that made it difficult for the Uber to drop us off. The room was very outdated, especially the bathroom with uneven slippery shower floor, only half of the shower head functioned and the unknown hair I found in the sink. The AC did not blow any cool air, it was like 78 degrees the entire night. The TV screen was unclear and hay, difficult to watch anything. I found more unknown hair on the bed under the sheets. The bottom sheet of the bed did not fit properly and constantly came off. We booked room with a balcony, which we didn't get. Breakfast/food was fair, I will say all staff was friendly and the room service was prompt. We only stayed 1 night just to catch an early flight in the morning but I don't think I would stay there again until some upgrading was done and they improve their cleaning abilities.
