Liked: Thr front desk was always staffed (24/7), and thr very large, and heavy, hotel key could be left with them. The staff always recalled what number room I was in and would just put the key back on the counter without prompting whenever I came back for a break after exploring the city.They were very knowledgeable and tried to help with some odd questions on where you find some, less-than-common, souvenir requests i had from friends back home!
Disliked: The distance to the metro, with suitcases, is a bit of a walk!

Liked: I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained – the room was cleaned every single day. It was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing or getting some rest. The staff were extremely polite, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed.
