Disliked: I was cheated. I booked the room and I payed on advance. When we come the room which we booked was not avalible. We need to find another hotel. That hotel didnt give us money back. They cheated us. They didnt check in us and didnt give money back.

Liked: My husband, my son, and I were very warmly welcomed and well attended to by the reception, and from this friendly service, we could already tell it would be a great experience. The entire hotel is clean, organized, and quiet. It was wonderful, and I highly recommend it.

Liked: Good location for Techno Classica at Messe, just across the road from the hotel.Staff were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was very nice with plenty to choose from
Disliked: Nothing to dislike. Tea and coffee making facilities would be nice in the room, as would a small fridge.
