Comfort and located at heart...

Liked: Amazing location , At the heart of dam square
Disliked: In winter, the air conditioning is fixed to ventilation mode only, so you can’t switch it to cold.It would be great if guests had full control over the room temperature settings for more comfort.

Liked: Location and proximity to everything
Disliked: Not quite a claimed 4* both in quality or service. The staff at reception were quite rude. I will never ever stay there again!

Generally it was good stay,...

Liked: The location was great ! The beds were comfortable, staff were friendly and nice
Disliked: There were construction work ongoing, one of the towels was not clean

Lovely stay, lovely little cosy...

Liked: Comfy bed and central location
Disliked: Could hear every noise from adjoining rooms and banging from upstairs (not the hotels fault)
