Superb

Exceptional

Great location and wonderful hotel....

Pleasant

Liked: Good location. Nice reception area. Nice staffs.
Disliked: No minibar (our fault anyway for not checking listing properly). Only 1 bottle drinking water per 3 nights stay (a bit off for me per my experience). Shower room no window glasses (toilet floor flooded with water all the time).

Great stuff, comfortable stay

Liked: The staff were really excellent. We have a baby and needed a bit of accommodating and they went out of their way to help us.
Disliked: Rooms are a bit small but maybe it just felt that way because we had our stroller with us in the room

Disliked: I'd prefer if there are options in the room to really light up - e g when packing the suitcase. For my personal taste there ought to be some option to really light up the room... but that's a matter of personal preference. The rooom in which I was staying only had a bathroom window but none in the main room.

Lovely hotel however it is...

Liked: A beautifully decorated hotel with a very comfortable room. Ideal location for sightseeing and adjacent to Oranienburger Strasse, which has some beautiful restaurants, bars and the Fotografiska Museum.
Disliked: The bar is taken up by the restaurant, and I was told on Saturday night that I would have to ask if there was a table available, even though I was alone and just wanted a drink.I could not turn the iPad off at the side of the bed, which blared out light and was of no use.I was also asked to check in using the screens when I arrived, even though there was a staff member present. The purpose of a hotel stay is to be welcomed by staff who are happy to do things like check you in and ask if you need help with luggage etc. This was unfortunately lacking here.
