Excellent stay, I arrived near...

Liked: Great location near food and train station, secure in a gate with a buzzer, late checkout time, 24/7 check-in.
Disliked: Hot room even with A/C on

When we arrived, we paid...

Disliked: When we arrived, we paid the city tax in cash. They scanned our documents, and everything was normal. But when we checked out, there was a different person at the reception. He asked us to pay the tax again. He showed us some messages in Italian that said we didn’t pay. The staff didn’t speak English, so it was very hard to talk. It felt like they tried to trick us. Maybe that’s why they asked for cash, even if we could pay by card.

Liked: The staff was super friendly and accommodating, the hotel was located conveniently to RHO Fiera. For the price, great value- and a comfortable stay.
