Poor

Disliked: booked a room with one large bed and one small bed. However, upon arrival, we were given a room with one large bed and a sofa instead. We are a family of four (two adults and two children), and the uncomfortable sofa is not suitable for our stay.Unfortunately, the staff did nothing to resolve the issue and simply stated that it was a problem on Booking.com’s side and not their responsibility.

Liked: Lady Victoria on reception was absolutely fantastic! Beautiful, smart and had an amazing rings and tattoos. The room was ok, warm, clean. Everything worth that money. So we are very happy been guests of this tiny hotel

Ideal for a city adventure...

Liked: the room was clean, comfortable, well furnished with a wonderful shower and bathroom that made the entire stay luxurious
Disliked: The only improvement I could even begin to think of would be a fan during hotter times of the year
