Liked: Rooms are nice, staff was nice.
Disliked: Parking! $32.00 a night when they advertise free parking. Free parking is on the street if you can find it. Total rip off.

Liked: Sergio is the only reason for this review. Hotel is great every time they make us feel like royal couple. I will not try any other hotels again while in La apart from Amarano

Decent hotel but not a...

Liked: The lobby was stylish and cute
Disliked: The bathtub didn’t drain and the toilet was difficult to flush. The air conditioner from the room below was uncomfortably loud.

something no hotel should ever...

Liked: clean hotel and clean room. not very comfortable bed but clean
Disliked: room key timed out at 11am had to go back n forth to lobby for 45 minutes before house keeping helped me get in to grab my luggage ROOM TOILET WAS BACKED UP!! NEVER SEEN THIS IN ANY HOTEL!
