Great vibes

Liked: Nespresso machine (a must for me), lovely Silent garden & rooftop bar, great vibes, excellent location just behind the Museuminsel, with plenty of rest/breakfast options just around the corner. As always, Amano is a top choice in Berlin! Thank you, guys!!
Disliked: Only the shower pressure. All great otherwise.

Disliked: I asked for King size bed in advance and they didn't tell me that they don't have such option and that they combining 2 single beds together

Disliked: - Housekeeping: Our room wasn't done at all one day. I went to reception to ask if they could come and empty the trash, as we were traveling with our baby and the trash was full of nappies. They told me yes, they would, but not sure if they communicated it to housekeeping, as no one came. We also noticed in our corridor that another room has left their full trash outside their room, as it appears it wasn't emptied either. - Another day, the cleaning of our room wasn't done either so I asked reception twice if they could ask them to come over to our room (it was already afternoon). But no one came - then luckily I saw the housekeeping team in the corridors and they were able to come in our room to do the cleaning. - The floor of our room was never vacuumed during our 4-night stay - only trash was emptied (3 out of 4 days) and bed made - reception staff: there's hardly anyone at the reception - even though it's a self-checking system, you still expect at least one staff member to be present in the lobby to help out in case it's needed. But they all seem to chill in the backroom.
