Liked: Clean and well-located hotel.The place was spotless and within walking distance of everything we needed. Great value for the location.
Disliked: The air conditioning? A complete disaster.It was boiling in the room — the AC wouldn’t go below 22°C, and it felt like we were sleeping in a sauna. We slept terribly, tossing and turning all night, drenched in sweat. We contacted the host hoping for a solution — nothing changed. Absolutely nothing.If you’re thinking of staying here in the summer: DON’T. RUN.We even met other guests who were seriously considering sleeping in the hotel stairwell because their rooms were unbearably hot. That should tell you everything you need to know.

Ok.

Liked: It's in a quiet, residential area with restaurants nearby. The single room is small, but ok for a two-day stay and just for sleeping.The metro is a 10-minute walk away.
Disliked: despite the quiet street, you can hear everything that happens in the rooms next door and above: footsteps, conversations and alarms.It's also a long way from the city's main attractions. During my stay the air conditioning didn't work and I felt hot at night.
