Liked: Free drink upon arrival was a lovely touch. Great location, we walked to the main centre of Copenhagen from here. Easy to get to. Lovely staff!

Great location, very good sleep.

Liked: Staff was wonderful, location perfect and only 4 min walk to Metro. Small supermarket on ground floor ( COOP 365 ).
Disliked: I missed having a small cooler in my room for drinks and snacks for my children.

Liked: Excellent room. Clean room and bathroom. Very good location. Many supermarkets near and many means of transport close. Friendly staff and quiet and peaceful place to stay. There was a hairdryer, TV and a safe.
Disliked: nothing

Liked: good location: big supermarket is in five minutes by foot, metro station also very close. to reach city center you only need 20 minutes, no need to get in bus or metro.reception guy was very kind, I would say even maniacally kind (in good sense), we have got free coffee and beer in the bar which belongs to hotel.our room has been cleaned each day.
Disliked: the hotel room is small and has basically only two beds and bathroom. there is no board to stash your wear, almost no hooks for towel. everything is pretty old and good used.bed is small and not convenient.shower head is kinda war veteran and sprinks water 360 degrees, so you have to hold it in your hands or you will have everything wet.walls are thin, so you hear everything what is happening by neighbours. fully immersion, like 7d cinema. and we had smell in our room, with absolutely no understanding its origin. it just smelled like old socks. so i would say hotel needs some general cleaning and sanitising.
