Seville was beautiful but hotel...

Liked: The general areas were attractive and very clean. Musical theme was well done. The pool area was good and the rooftop bar was a lovely place for a drink in the sunshine.
Disliked: Our room was disappointing and we asked to move after one night. It was claustrophobic with no windows to outside. Just a square light tunnel and weird curtains....The second room was a slight improvement as it had a little patio and you could go outside to look up to the sky to see what the weather was like. We realise that Seville has a tight building area with hotels without windows but it would have been better being there for a whole week to have had a view and some air to breath. The lights by the bed were badly placed and we both kept hitting our foreheads on them! The kettle was really silly as we had to put it on the floor in a plug that worked. The tea and coffee sachets were random and hardly enough especially the milk. The room was dowdy in colour and dark. Bathroom was OK. Good towels. BUT all in all it was a disappointment for a superior room.

An amazing getaway that felt...

Liked: It was beautiful and central to the best area in Seville. Couldn’t ask for more from a hotel. We were impressed and felt vindicated that we spent more for the suite.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: It was a beautiful property, convenient to all of the city center attractions, perhaps the nicest staff we have ever encountered in our travels, and a fabulous breakfast each morning!
