Hotel am Zoo

Overall a good experience.

Liked: Hotel is in an ideal location for visiting central Frankfurt.I slept better than at home
Disliked: Breakfast was not very exciting

Liked: Great location, with transports nearNice and helpful staffClean
Disliked: Curtain didn’t cut the light, could not sleep with all the morning light and also the noise. You can hear everything around .

Liked: The room is comfortable for two people.
Disliked: The shower place is very small and the water tend to be very hot or very cold . It is hard to adjust.The room was smelling like smoke. I had to open the window so we could stay there.

Liked: Room large enough. Near the central streets and train stations. Quiet and safe zone. Park infront of the hotel. Many good restaurants and cafes around. Friendly staffs.
Disliked: The building, elevator and furniture quite old.

Disliked: Could have tea coffee making facilities in the room, not a criticism just an observation
