Liked: The hotel is situated in a perfect location. The room was perfectly clean just like the other facilities inside. Meals for breakfast and dinner were abundant and delicious. I was given a Sd Tirol guest card which provided free access to the local public transport (including cableway) and one of the museums in the area. I also enjoyed the sauna area. Parking space was available in front of and behind the hotel too.
Disliked: The jacuzzi is connected with the pool, so the temperature of the water is not as warm.

Liked: I was upgraded to a better room at no additional cost. I had a lovely view of the lake and the mountains. The wellness center had an indoor swimming pool and saunas. The hotel supplied a bathrobe and towels. The parking was sufficient. I was on half pension and enjoyed all the meals.
