Affordable lodging in a clean...

Liked: The front desk individuals (manager/owner?) was extremely helpful and polite. I arrived about 4 hrs before check-in and he allowed me to leave my bags while I visited the city. I also left my bags until 6pm the day I checked out. My room was very comfortable and clean. The room was a comfortable temperature (warm as it was cold outside). Water pressure was good and hot water abundant. Other things that I noticed. There was an Aldi directly across the street from the hotel. There is a large parking lot associated w/the hotel. There is a transportation stop (Haeselerstrasse) very close by (~400m). The stop services U71 and tram 701. Trains came frequently. I didn't get to try the breakfast as the room was being renovated. (The man said it would be completed in approximately 4 days). It wasn't important to me, but the man said the airport is close by and easy to get to.
Disliked: Nothing negative.

Fantastic value for money, very...

Liked: Exceptionally clean rooms and bathrooms. The rooms were modern and well put together and we would happily stay in them again. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Aircon would be a nice addition, but we realise this would only be needed for a few weeks a year so wouldn’t have expected it.
