This hotel offers newly decorated rooms in the heart of Munich. It is within a 5 minute walk of the Viktualienmarkt and Marienplatz squaresand is 4 tram stops from Munich's main train station. All of the rooms at the family-run Hotel am Viktualienmarkt were renovated in April 2010. They include a TV and a modern bathroom. A large breakfast buffet and daily newspapers are provided in the am Viktualienmarkt's new breakfast room. This includes fresh fruit fresh breads homemade jams and meats from local butchers. The Reichenbachplatz tram stop is a few steps from the Hotel am Viktualienmarkt. The S-Bahn (light rail) trains and subway trains of Marienplatz can be reached by foot in about 5 minutes.

Very good

Liked: Nice location,close to Viktualienmarkt and walking distance to top attractions.Very friendly and helpfull staff and a comfortable room.
Disliked: Could do with streaming service on tv ie netflix. But not really a problem.

I would recommend this hotel....

Liked: GREAT LOCATION...very easy to walk to all the places you would want to visit in Munich. The breakfast was also a great addition and wonderful way to start the day. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Disliked: No air conditioning, which is to be expected in Europe however with the windows cracked open we could hear the going ons outside which was a little loud when trying to sleep.

Comfortable stay

Liked: Basic clean and tidy bed and breakfast. Fan. Efficient and clean bathroom. Good breakfast.Fantastic location.
Disliked: Get rid of the tv. Too big for a tiny room.
