Quirky but disapointing. Feels like...
Liked: Thematic rooms are quirky. They clearly put a lot of effort in creating a unique experience for the guests. The location is good (close to interesting areas) however this city is so small anywhere is really good enough.
Disliked: Poor noise insulation. The pillow are awfully plastic inside, uncomfortable and cheap feeling. The shower is inside of the bedroom and has no frosted glass, so you can literally see the person showering (perhaps good for some situations?) but not quite what we expected. No fridge in the rooms. Quite pricey. No free parking. Overall cheap feeling.

Love this hotel !
Liked: My 2nd visit to Triller Hotel and its my new-found gem in the new-found gem of a city in Saarbrucken.Love the novel approach to the hotel with the graphics and room layouts - its super-modern and gives the room a great feel. We had the penthouse room which is spacious and comfortable with a little balcony overlooking the town.Its a great location with a short (but hilly) walk down to the town and what a beaut of a town it is - with a lovely square giving plenty of restaurant options.We were warmly welcomed by the staff and made to feel welcome - they kept me a space in their car-park for my motorcycle too which keeps me happy.Looking forward to returning on next years motorcycle tour!
Disliked: hard to choose - if i was picky, i think the A/C unit made a bit of a noise but i know this is related to the type of unit and not a fault as such. I also think they charge too much for breakfast and i am sure that must affect sales. I'd have thought a continental option for a lower rate would be attractive to lots of travellers including us.

Very nice hotel let down...
Liked: Very clean modern very nice receptionist.
Disliked: The check in process was atrocious. Was sent an email to pre check in. Very clumsy if you are trying to check in two rooms booked in one name. On entering the hotel the code was not recognised.
