Liked: Very nice hotel near the center of Düsseldorf. Clean and has everything you need. Nice continental breakfast. Room are big enough and pretty clean. Staff is available for all your requests. Next to the hotel there are public transports

Liked: I liked the hotel because of its price-quality ratio. The hotel is located 30 minutes walk from the city center. There is a public transport stop nearby, and trains to the airport. The room is clean, the bed linen and towels are changed every day. Polite and helpful staff. A varied menu for breakfast.

Liked: Lovely small hotel, safe location, friendly staff and a decent breakfast. Close enough to public transport, takes about 20 minutes to city centre.
Disliked: Nothing.

Unprofessional way of handling reservations...

Liked: Location was ok
Disliked: The booking details were not transferred to the hotel and the room was not reserved having paid for it in advance. I was downgraded to a very very small single bed room with a bad room next to the bed which had a very strong mould smell. I was refunded some money but it didn’t help with the last minute Easter rush and lack of comfort was very noticeable. I could barely rest at night. No question of spending a minute in there during the day.
