Liked: The location was very comfortable, and one of the receptionists was very nice (there were two we encountered). They can provide an iron upon request. There is an elevator, which is very convenient. The bed was very soft and comfortable, though a little noisy.
Disliked: They didn't mention that there will be a work to replace an asphalt just under our windows, it continued for the whole night (and a bit of the next late evening). They gave us earplugs, but it would be much better to get a warning way in advance. When we came, it was around 22:30 (our bus was delayed), and a receptionist was not really polite, though I understand tiredness and all, but it's not our fault.

Liked: Location, location, location Everyone was kind and polite, but Melania (front desk ) was exceptional . She went above and beyond . Amazing job. She took her time to give us directions and perfect advice.
